" My experience has just been very bad. I ordered a carrot cream from ht24 and the serum. Both with high prices. When I received my package yesterday and opened it, I was surprised that there was only a small Topsy gel exfoliating cream inside, some gloves and a soap as a gift. I made no such request. I hope they give me my money back or tell me how to return this, because it is a shame to pay so much money and have them give you another item. I want to receive what I asked for. I'm disappointed. Give me my money back and take your exfoliator. I don't give them a zero because you can't. after having waited so long. I NOT RECEIVED ANY OF THESE ITEMS???????? "

" Très mauvais service. ça fait 2 semaines que je joins le service client par mail, appel téléphonique et instagram afin demander le prix de l envoi des produits en Chine car sur le site il n y a pas possibilité de commander (puisque le service client m'a informé que les prix d envoi en Chine ne sont plus de 40 euros mais ont augmenté), Mais personne ne me répond. Le service client ne fait que me faire tourner en rond. Il ne répondent pas aux messages et quand ils répondent c'est pour répondre autre chose que ce que je demande comme moyen de faire passer le temps. TRES DECUE qu'une marque telle que HT26 ait un service client aussi médiocre. "

" If you're trying to lighten your skin, ht26 products are not the one. I bought it whole lighting set, which cosy me ALOT and all that happened to my skin is darkness!! It DOES NOT brighten skin at all.. don't waste your money, it does not work!! "
